Please read carefully the following Rules for Submission before you upload any contents onto the website of AlgoEd Limited (a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability) (“AlgoEd”). Terms not defined in these Rules for Submission shall have the same meaning as in the Web Membership Agreement for Contributor Platform. These Rules for Submission do not override, substitute or replace the Web Membership Agreement for Contributor Platform and the other Terms (“the Main Terms”). If there is any conflict or inconsistency between this Rules for Submission and any of the Main Terms, the Main Terms shall prevail.

1. You may only make any Submissions to AlgoEd if you have completed the online submission form and registered as a Contributor for a Contributor Membership Account on the platform.
2. In order to make any Submissions, you must be at least 18 years old and of sufficient legal age (or if required by your jurisdiction, such higher legal age) and capacity in the relevant jurisdiction which you reside in.
3. All Submissions must be in file formats (screenshot image or pdf) specified by AlgoEd and must comply with our Terms of Use and Web Membership Agreement for Contributor Platform.
4. All Submissions must be written in English language.
5. You must not submit the same Submission more than once.
6. All fields marked with an asterisk (“Mandatory Fields”) must be filled.
7. Submission in incorrect format or omission of Mandatory Fields may be rejected or lead to ineligibility for any Rewards.
8. All Submissions must be your own original work and you represent and warrant to AlgoEd that you have not plagiarized from any other sources or another person’s work in any of your Submissions.
9. All Submissions that you upload to AlgoEd will become the property of AlgoEd’s including all Proprietary Rights and Moral Rights. Please make sure you read and fully understand the terms and conditions in our Web Membership Agreement for Contributor Platform before uploading any Submissions.
10. In order to qualify to receive any Rewards, a Member must submit at least one successful university application with the format of proof of acceptance specified by AlgoEd. For further information on how you may be eligible to receive Rewards under our Rewards Program, please refer to our Rewards Policy and our Web Membership Agreement for Contributor Platform.
11. You must not upload any Submissions which:
    1. contains information or content that is defamatory, libelous, provocative, derogatory, disparaging, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
    2. contains information or content that is illegal or promotes any illegal activities for any purposes;
    3. contains Personal Data of any persons other than yourself;
    4. contains content that is misleading, or infringes third party rights;
    5. is inappropriate, obscene or contains or infers any pornography or sex-related merchandising or any other content that otherwise promotes sexually explicit materials, or is otherwise harmful to minors;
    6. promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
    7. contains any material or content that any reasonable person would find offensive, including but not limited to, the promotion or advertisement of or to engage in any immoral or criminal activities; any advertisement of drugs or tobacco products; or in a political context, the promotion, advertisement or endorsement of any party, candidate or elected official, or in connection with any political policy or viewpoint;
    8. involves any computer viruses or other destructive devices and codes that have the effect of damaging, interfering with, intercepting or expropriating any software or hardware system, data or personal information; or
    9. is otherwise objectionable on the grounds of public interest, public morality, public order, public security, national harmony or is prohibited by applicable laws
12. Submissions that are not approved or have been rejected by AlgoEd will not qualify for any Rewards. Approval of any Submission is conditional upon AlgoEd’s successful authentication of materials submitted by you to AlgoEd.
13. We reserve the right to request acceptable evidence in order to authenticate your Submissions and may reject your Submissions if you fail to provide such evidence upon our request.
14. We will notify you if your Submissions have been accepted by us and if you are eligible for any Rewards. We will directly notify you via email to your personal or student email provided to us.
15. If your Submission is accepted by us and we later discover that your Submission does not comply with or is in breach of any of these Rules for Submission or the Main Terms, we may revoke any Rewards (whether already given to you or not) and/or suspend or terminate your Contributor Membership Account, and, if such breach or non-compliance has caused us and/or our Students to suffer any loss, we and/or our Students may also be entitled to bring a legal claim against you for any such loss.
16. AlgoEd has sole and absolute discretion in matters relating to the approval and acceptance of your Submissions.
